Experiences

In addition to the core Fundi services, we also offer cooking demonstration experiences for your guests. These demonstrations bring food enthusiasts  closer to the magic of cooking. Each class takes 2 to 3 hours and offer a deep dive into an aspect of a professional kitchen that many cookbooks and YouTube videos don't show you. Each class begins with an introduction to the historical and cultural context of the subject before allowing your guests to see what happens behind the scenes and to have some hands on experience.
